35 Euros en concepto de competición y pack de atleta ( bebida, camiseta,entrada al festival Arnold classic…. y alguna sorpresa).

Palacio de Congresos de Sevilla. El evento se realizará dentro del festival Arnold Classic Europe que se celebra en Sevilla en esas fechas.

Registration starts on Wednesday, July 7, 2021 and ends at midnight (12:00am CET) on Wednesday, August 25, 2021.

CÓMO REALIZAR LA INSCRIPCIÓN

Tanto la inscripción como los pagos de las dos fases del campeonato se realizará ÚNICAMENTE a través de la web: www.CrossFitlaforja.com ( menú eventos/ The Team challenge by CrossFit La Forja).

Máximo de 200 parejas. |There will be a maximum of 200 two-people teams.

EL EVENTO

FASE PRESENCIAL:

Tendrá lugar los días 18 y 19 de Septiembre de 2021 en el palacio de congresos de Sevilla. Dicho evento se realizará dentro del Festival ARNOLD CLASSIC EUROPA que se realiza en Sevilla en esas fechas.

Será un evento competitivo de comunidad destinado a pasar un rato haciendo lo que más nos gusta.

Todos los equipos realizarán 4 Wods 3 el sábado y 1 el domingo.

Estos 4 Wods darán lugar a una clasificación para una semifinal, que a su vez dará paso a una final, ambas realizadas el domingo.

(hora prevista de fin de evento 14:30 del domingo 19 de Septiembre).

Los 4 primeros Wods serán asequibles para todo el público inscrito, y se realizarán en base a los requisitos técnicos solicitados para realizar la inscripción (Ver requisitos técnicos más abajo).

Precio de inscripción: 35 euros por persona en concepto de competición y pack de competidor (camiseta, fruta, bebida, entrada al festival Arnold classic... y alguna sorpresa).

MECÁNICA DEL EVENTO:

Todos los equipos inscritos realizarán un mínimo de 4 Wods.

Sábado: 3 Wods (todos los equipos).
Domingo: 1 wod (todos los equipos).

Estos 4 primeros Wods darán lugar a una fase semifinal en la que competirán los mejores 40 equipos. Tras esta fase los 20 mejores equipos se clasificarán a una fase final.

Semifinal (40 equipos)
Final (20 equipos)

La distribución de dichos Wods será en heats de 20 equipos.

El nivel de las pruebas irá incrementando de menor a mayor dificultad, según estemos en fase clasificatoria / semifinal y final.

Los 4 primeros Wods serán asequibles para todos los inscritos pero siempre cumpliendo los estándares técnicos requeridos para realizar la inscripción.

(Ver requisitos técnicos más abajo).

La organización dará a conocer los Wods horas antes del evento.

Las puntuaciones en las pruebas se asignan de la siguiente manera:

1º clasificado —–> 1 punto
2º clasificado —–> 2 puntos
3º clasificado —–> 3 puntos

10º clasificado —–> 10 puntos
11º clasificado —–> 11 puntos
12º clasificado —–> 12 puntos

60º clasificado —–> 60 puntos

En caso de empate en la clasificación general, ganará a criterio de la organización el atleta que obtenga el mayor número de victorias.

THE COMPETITION

IN-PERSON COMPETITION:

The in-person stage will take place on September 18 and 19, 2021 at the Seville Congress and Convention Bureau. The competition is part of the Arnold Sports Festival Europe event held in Seville on those dates.

This competitive community event is designed to give participants the opportunity to spend time doing what they love most.

All teams will perform 4 WODs, 3 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday.

After these 4 WODs, teams will have the opportunity to qualify for the semifinal. The top teams from the semifinal will qualify for the final. Both the semifinal and final will be held on Sunday.

(The competition is scheduled to end at 2:30pm on Sunday, September 19.)

The first 4 WODS can be completed by all registered competitors provided they fulfil the technical requirements for registration. (See technical requirements below.)

Registration fee: 35 euros per person. The price includes the entry fee and a competitor's pack (t-shirt, drink, fruit, and ticket to the Arnold Sports Festival Europe...along with some other surprise gifts).

EVENT STRUCTURE

All registered teams will complete a minimum of 4 WODS.

Saturday: 3 WODs (All teams)
Sunday: 1 WOD (All teams)

After these first 4 WODS, 40 teams will qualify for the semifinal. After the semifinal, the top 20 teams will qualify for the final event.

Semifinal (40 teams)
Final (20 teams)

The WODs will be divided into heats of 20 teams.

The level of the WODs will increase in difficulty, per our criteria, during the qualifying, semifinal, and final events.

The first 4 WODs can be completed by all of the participants provided they meet the required technical standards for registration.

(See technical requirements below.)

The event organizer will announce the WODs several hours before the event.

Teams are assigned a point value based on their placing in each event.

1st place—–> 1 point
2nd place —–> 2 points
3rd place —–> 3 points

10th place—–> 10 points
11th place—–> 11 points
12th place—–> 12 points

60th place—–> 60 points

In the event of a tie in the overall standings, the athlete with the highest number of victories according to the event organizer will win the tiebreak.

LA ORGANIZACIÓN

El evento tiene carácter de campeonato y la actividad deportiva escogida es CrossFit. Todos los participantes deben saber, que desde la organización se advierte que durante todo el evento se realizarán todo tipo de movimientos y ejercicios con diferentes pesos, intensidades y dificultad utilizados en esta disciplina (thruster, cargadas, dominadas, saltos dobles de comba…).

(Ver requisitos técnicos de inscripción).

Por lo que advertimos a todas aquellas personas que quieran participar en este campeonato, que deben tener conocimientos y práctica suficiente en esta disciplina. Los atletas deberán ser capaces de realizar los movimientos que se exigen para la inscripción a la prueba.

Por lo que la Organización del campeonato se reserva el derecho de poder incluir cualquier ejercicio de CrossFit en el programa del campeonato, siendo responsabilidad del participante cubrir las de los ejercicios impuestos.

Se recomienda que los participantes tengan al menos 6 meses de práctica en CrossFit y un buen estado de salud.

El campeonato dispone de Seguro de Responsabilidad Civil para eventos deportivos con público.

Dicho evento será fotografiado, grabado y difundido en distintos medios de comunicación, incluyendo redes sociales (Facebook,Twitter, etc.) que la organización crea oportuno. La organización entiende que todos los participantes que realicen su inscripción aceptan las condiciones anteriormente descritas.

Jueces: Todos los jueces son Entrenadores de Nivel 1 certificados por CrossFit Inc., o, en su defecto, CAFYD O TAFAD con práctica de más de 6 meses de crossfit.

Seguridad: Todos los participantes contarán con el Seguro de responsabilidad Civil del propio campeonato, no obstante será necesario firmar el pertinente consentimiento de aptitud física.

El evento contará con personal sanitario.

Dispondremos de un gran número de voluntarios a disposición de la organización.

Zona para los atletas: Se habilitará una zona para depositar sus objetos personales. También se contará con una zona acotada de calentamiento y baños.

EVENT ORGANIZATION

This event is a CrossFit competition. The organization informs participants that any CrossFit movement and/or exercise, with different weights, intensities and difficulties, may be performed throughout the event (thrusters, cleans, pull-ups, double unders…).

Therefore, we inform all competition participants that they must have sufficient knowledge and experience in this discipline. The athletes must be able to perform all the required movements in order to register for the event.

The event Organizer reserves the right to include any CrossFit movement in the competition. It is the participants’ responsibility to know how to perform these exercises.

It is recommended that participants be in good health and have practiced CrossFit for at least 6 months.

The event holds Civil Liability Insurance for public sporting events.

This event will be photographed, recorded, and disseminated in different media including any social networks (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) that the organization deems appropriate. The organization understands that all registered participants accept the conditions described above.

Judges: All of the judges are Level 1 Coaches certified by CrossFit Inc., or CAFYD or TAFAD graduates with more than 6 months CrossFit experience.

Safety: All participants will be covered by the event's Civil Liability Insurance. Nevertheless, all athletes will be required to sign a certification of physical fitness.

Medical personnel will be on-site at the event.

The organization will have a large number of volunteers to assist with the event.

Athlete area: An area will be provided for you to place your personal belongings. A warm-up area and bathrooms will also be provided.

EN LA SEMIFINAL Y EN LA FINAL PODRÁN PEDIRSE CUALQUIER MOVIMIENTO PESO E INTENSIDAD RELACIONADOS CON ESTE TIPO DE ACTIVIDAD QUE LA ORGANIZACIÓN DEL EVENTO ASÍ LO REQUIERA

IN THE SEMIFINAL AND FINAL, THE ORGANIZATION CAN ASK ATHLETES TO PERFORM ANY MOVEMENT, WEIGHT, OR INTENSITY RELATED WITH THIS TYPE OF ACTIVITY.
